“This is my absolute favorite place to stay on my route from Ohio to East Tennessee and back.. the staff is very friendly the hotel is always clean breakfast is wonderful and I'm picky.. “I was pleasantly surprised by my stay! I decided to take a chance on this hotel because the price was much lower than the others nearby, and I'm so glad I did. The rooms are being renovated, and the updates look great. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable.
I also want to recognize the gentleman who checked me in after 11:00 p.m. He was polite, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy, even though it was late.
