So I was very pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to the property, it was very clean very well lit smelled like chocolate through the whole building. the pool was fabulous. The breakfast was good. And the staff was all very kind and helpful."

I wasn’t asking for a refund — just to move the booking to a date in July — and they still went ahead and charged me.
