"Expedia / Belvilla REFUSED to answer my question - 3 TIMES! I simply asked - 3 TIMES - What kind of facility will we stay at: Apartment, Home, Condo, Hotel, Motel. Well 3 times they said it would be accommodating and comfortable and fantastic. Well, no wonder they refused to answer. It turned out to be a run-down, loitering-people-filled, parked junk-cars -filled Motel. We left immediately, found another Hotel to use, AND Expedia/ Belvilla has not yet replied to our request for a FULL REFUND....
