“The room was not cleaned at all, there were stains on the bed sheets as well as the towels, the room had an odor that not even farbreeze could get rid of and the hot tub was very dirty and took over 2 hours to properly clean to be useable but it was not pleasant for nor me or my girlfriend. I honestly want a refund. I also was not given a room with a fridge which was promised and there was bugs all around the room.”

“The AC worked well and it was located nearby the train station. It was quiet and had good parking. We got two towels and two washcloths total for two nights' stay for two people. There was no hand towel or floor mat for the shower, which sprayed water sideways out of the head so the bathroom floor stayed wet. The top blanket had stains on it and the fitted sheet seemed too small for the mattress - it kept coming off the corners. We tried to watch the TV and it was jumpy and the sound kept……

“Where do I even start?! Do not do it to yourself. There was a dead roach smashed on the wall, and its friend walking around. The mirrors all around- including the ceiling were cringe-worthy. The bed was uncomfortable, and all of the linens were dingy, smelly, and gross. Regretted my poor decision from beginning to end.”
