“The kitchen was equipped but if I really wanted to be able to cook ( I did not), I would have had to buy some items. There were paper towels, toilet paper, and starter soaps, detergents, etc which was wonderful. What could have been added with minimal cost was a few coffee filters. “This property was adorable! Loved the decor, so colorful and beachy. The location was absolutely perfect, short walk to the wildness of the gulf or the calm serene of the sound. Gorgeous views, always a breeze when we were there. We cooked our own food for 3 of the nights and we had everything we needed. “Great location and the unit overall was great but there are some definite upgrades needed. The floors are just stained concrete which is fine but they were still a little sandy from previous renters and there was no vacuum or broom in the unit that we could use to sweep up. Not many rugs either so had to wear my flip flops inside constantly. There is a regular coffee pot/maker, which is fine, but apparently the original pot must have gotten broken and someone replaced it with one that is not……

“We loved this condo. The view was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy. My favorite part was the kitchen. It had everything we needed and it was so spacious. The pool was heated. “I would say that the condo is in a great location with a restaurant and convenient store across the street. There was plenty of parking, a great view of the beach, and it was very clean. With that said, when we got their we weren’t given access code to the door, just gate which isn’t terrible but I immediately had to call again because the internet and tv service weren’t running. The hot water heater was broken so you had to take a shower in about 7 minutes and hope no one had to take one behind……
