“We woulda gave it 5 stars, but those stairs!!! Lol! Its beautiful, the condo itself was very clean and beautiful! We had everything we needed right there including the poil and a cute little private beach. We loved the ducks, turtles, and seabirds, and the clear water view. The ocean was on one side and the bay on the other! Great view from the 4th floor, but make sure youre in shape. There were a few beer cans left on the ground at the pool, and no garbage can anywhere in view or we mightve...

“Great location and the unit overall was great but there are some definite upgrades needed. The floors are just stained concrete which is fine but they were still a little sandy from previous renters and there was no vacuum or broom in the unit that we could use to sweep up. Not many rugs either so had to wear my flip flops inside constantly. There is a regular coffee pot/maker, which is fine, but apparently the original pot must have gotten broken and someone replaced it with one that is not...
