“This was overall a great property. Check in was super easy. The property matched the listing and had great views. I do wish there was a listing of suggested packing items you may not think of (ie handsoap, paper towels, etc) but it's not a huge deal. I knocked off a star for the cleanliness. The floors had clearly not been vaccuumed before we got there. We probably wouldn't have noticed, but we have baby who's crawling all over the place and had to pull dirt and crumbs out of her hands several...

“This condo is very nice. You can see the water from both sides of the condo. Such a wonderful stay. Stairs were not for the faint of heart inside the condo. There is a of course an elevator and valet carts you can bring your luggage up with. It’s the last condos just before you drive to Fort Pickens. We watched the Blue Angels practicing, went to the Naval Aviation Museum, the Zoo, swam in the very nice pool and went to the beach countless times. ”

“My husband, son and I chose this location for our annual Spring Break trip to Florida. Portofino (and specifically this unit) may very well become the spot for future trips. The unit was exactly as pictured, with ample space and well appointed finishes. The resort was ideal for a weeklong trip, with cheerful, helpful staff and excellent amenities. “We were busy with a family wedding, going to different venues and gatherings. At the end of each day, it qas nice to arrive at a quiet nicely appointed place and enjoy looking out over the water.One of the few challenges we had was with the thermostat and it would be helpful to have some notes on how to adjust it. ”

“The rating says it all. This condo is exceptional! The code was not hard to learn at all. Security at the resort is top notch. The elevators were quick until Good Friday but the resort got VERY busy that day and the next. Even then, it wasn't too long of a wait. The condo was very clean, spacious and equipped with all the necessities needed. The view was breathtaking!! This condo came with 2 beach chairs. The company that took care of us were very polite and courteous. We come to Pensacola...

“We enjoyed the location, the amenities, and the communication with the host was very easy and simple. The balcony needed to be swept a little better and we were there during “spring break” week which left teenagers around us unattended by adults and getting into things they shouldn’t, but the neither host nor location can be faulted for that. My suggestion would be not to come during spring break :). We loved our stay! ”

“We had an excellent stay! There was excellent communication with the host. The pools were heated, grounds were kept very clean. The floor to ceiling views of the beach made it hard to complain about anything. We stayed in all week and cooked meals most days. We used the grill, which was a great plus. Location of the condo was great, close to the beach and the recreation center, where more pools, activities, and gym are located. We would definitely stay here again!”
