"Bed was ok. Climate control did not work, however they did address quickly - got ac to cool, but it did not shut off at temp, so room got very cold, could only shut off. Staff non-existent after 10pm. There was very loud people/group, by 1am I finally tried to reach staff: front desk, security, operator - no one answered."

"I’m struggling to understand what the $30/day “resort fee” actually covered. There were none of the amenities you’d expect—no valet, no room service, and no housekeeping during our stay. We also couldn’t connect to Prime Video or Netflix on the TV, which is pretty standard at most places we stay, so that was frustrating. I called the front desk to request extra coffee (since there’s no room service), and it never showed up. On top of that, there was ongoing renovation that wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time, which definitely impacted the overall experience. That said, on a positive note, the room itself was very updated, modern, and extremely clean. Given the lack of services and the inconvenience, the resort fee feels completely unjustified. If it’s meant to cover something specific, it certainly wasn’t clear or noticeable during our stay. We WILL NOT be returning."

"Spacious, updated and comfortable room. Great bed, probably one of the best showers we’ve had in a hotel…no skimping on water volume or pressure. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We’ll be back!"

"Grounds are cool, beds are terrible, so hard equivalent to sleeping on a board. Towels in the room were dirty, no additional blankets in the room, no soap or shampoos for showering. No Great signage regarding where to check in if your staying at the motor inn Electric charging area is a good 1/2 mile from the motor lodge area- it is free but not super convenient. There is a super charger down the road we were able to use. Over all it was a cheap option for the night but likely wouldn’t stay there again. "
