Private Executive Home in a quiet historic residential neighborhood just a few blocks to beautiful Lake Harriet and the Lake Harriet Bandshell. Walking distance to shops with 3 charming restaurants right across the street, Grocery, Gas, Liquor, Drug stores are also nearby walking distance.
Great neighborhood setting for walking, biking, and a swimming beach just blocks away, for year-round lake activity. Private entrance + private outdoor deck area for personal use. Newly remodeled with all updates, full fridge, walk-in shower, in-unit washer, and dryer. The owners are on site and occupy the upper levels of the home.
