“Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room.
A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days.
Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements.

“Bed was very comfortable, room was basic bedroom, bathroom and shower, room also included a microwave nespresso expresso machine with pods that were refreshed daily and fridge. The location right in old Montreal was amazing so much within walking distance, restaurants, stores and various attractions for all ages. I never saw any of the staff in person, they handled my questions and logistics over the Expedia app. There were times I wished there was a person in the building to talk to. ”

L'appartement est supervisé par un hôte virtuel et ce via le tel mobile... Cela peut être incommodant pour parler directement à une personne et avoir des réponses sur quelques questions. Le chauffage est central et l'appartement était trop chauffé, nous avons ouvert la fenêtre pour dormir en ce 09 mars.
L'appartement est très bien pour un long séjours. ”

"Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close. You can go everywhere without a car. There is shopping mall nearby too ( walking distance about 16 mionutes.) Overall it is very nice. I will come again when I go to Montreal next time. Highly recommended !"

"This has been an extremely unacceptable and distressing accommodation experience. I made a reservation for a 7-night stay, yet on the morning of the second day I was forced to check out and cancel the entire booking. To date, I have still not received any refund for the unused nights.
This level of service and handling is completely unacceptable, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional situation before. I request that you process my full refund immediately and provide an explanation for this disruption."

"Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!!
- Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport.
- The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful.
- Rooms were clean, bright and spacious.
- One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide slippers. Nevertheless, this didn't affect our overall experience on our stay. :)"

"Our room is spacious with 2 double beds and a large closet. The staff at the reception is helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff we met on our floor also greeted us warmly.
There is a cafe connected to the hotel with good matcha latte and sandwiches, ideal for breakfast.
Although it is not a new hotel, but everything is clean and works well. It will be perfect if a smart TV is available for watching youtube and Netflix."
