“Muy limpio y organizado”

“We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“Lo único que me gustó fue el clima. Sería bueno mejorar la iluminación, áreas comunes con pobre iluminación. Cabañas sucias y telas de arañas. Falta de toallas para manos y cara. Desayuno a lo confinado. Menú único para todos sin opción. La atención en el mostrador pobre, con muy pocos deseos de atender al huésped. Falta de asesoramiento en cuanto dónde ir o que visitar.”

“The area where the hotel was looked abandoned however there was a nice beach within minutes near. The staff was friendly accommodating and the room we had was an upgraded room with a jacuzzi. It was clean quiet and perfect for the location as we had a wedding 15 min away at the Villa. Keep in mind it’s one hour away from the Airport however if you have something g to do in the area then this is perfect.”

“En esta ocasión me cancelaron mi reservación, pero puedo dar una buena reseña de este lugar porque me he quedado anteriormente es muy accesible y tiene estacionamiento en lugares seguro tranquilo sin embargo esta última ocasión que hice reserva para el lugar tuvieron problemas con la electricidad en el edificio en que se encuentra el hotel y no pude quedarme pero cuando arreglen este problema es un excelente opción”

“The rudest receptionist around and no manager in site for days. My husband speaks Spanish I do not. I’m working on learning the language. I asked my husband when we were waiting at the desk, why he was upset. He proceeded to tell me in English that he was upset because there was no parking in the front for guests and we had to park back in the employee parking the receptionist busted into our conversation, demanded that my husband treat her with respect because he can’t talk about the hotel that……

“I feel so blessed to have had to opportunity to stay at this unbelievably beautiful serene space.the tent.which it is way more than a tent is absolutely beautiful.wifi ac frig a very comfortable bed.the sound of froga all night birds in the morning.a coffee pot fully stocked.absolutly not a person around unless you need something the staff will be here in 5 minutes.the view is amazing.now the seperate shower bathroom structure.is the most amazing piece of art ive ever used.the view from the……

“Malo: el baño estaba sucio y la realidad es que la habitación es un motel de baja calidad. El estacionamiento es poco y si no te toca estacionarte en el restaurante. Bueno: es un resuelve si vas a estar poco tiempo en esa zona; pero no para estancias mayor de 3 días. El personal fue sumamente amable y disponible. El servicio del restaurante es maravilloso así como su comida.”
