“Buen ambiente familiar, atentos empleados creo q falta un poco mas de limpieza en los alrededores, y q todos los entretenimiento q ofrecen estuvieran disponibles!”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“It was wonderful, such amazing place to rest. Hacienda Juanita is for relaxing. If you need a pause in your life, this is the place. Just love it. Very, very clean, indoors and outdoors.”

“We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.”
