The lady at the front desk was so polite and kind. I had nothing less than amazing treatment from the staff. The only issue I had was with the $75 pet fee. I asked why it was so expensive and I was told that it was due to the hotel having to shampoo the carpet after the stay. I was a bit confused ...

This property is such a beauty and comfy place to stay. It’s even better in person. The location is perfect, near the city but also sits right at the lake. The host was very kind and responsive to all my questions. We will be returning for another stay.
