"Room is clean and tidy. The service of staff is very good and helpful. The lobby seems too crowded and the self check-in is challenging that usually needs assistance if you're the first time to stay. More guidance and advance notification with procedure advice could be useful."

"房間大且一塵不染，唯獨地鐵出口需留意時間 今次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店設施同環境都維持得好好，房間空間感十足，而且衛生做得好到位，非常乾淨，住得好舒服開心。 酒店正正位於地鐵站上蓋，交通極其便利。不過有幾點想提醒一下之後入住嘅朋友： 1. 地鐵出口限制：地鐵站某啲出口9-10pm時段會鎖上，而且部分出口並無設置電梯（Lift）。如果有大型行李或同行有長者，出入時要特別留意時間同出口方向。 2. 車程轉換：如果主要行程集中喺紅色線，過嚟呢邊會需要轉車。 雖然有以上小細節需要留意，但瑕不掩瑜，酒店嘅乾淨程度同空間感真係無得頂。整體而言依舊非常推薦，性價比極高"

"This hotel is amazing with nice room and offer considerate and amazing facilities! They offer free laundry (there are like 10 washing machines in a very decent room with comfortable sofa and free coffe), and MVP is the Vacuum Sealer! It save my luggage space soooo much i can vacuum all the clothes! Hotel lounge is free access with drinks (even wine and sake!!) and snacks (hot cake is amazing). Hotel is right in the city centre, with all the restaurants and street food options. There are many restaurants in the hotel building and the food is very good, we tried the sushi one, very nice. We will definitely return if we come Osaka again!"
