The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room seemed nice enough, what you’d expect from a cheap motel, but it’s the only place I’ve stayed where I had to kill multiple roaches. And the people in the room next door (adjoining rooms, but not adjoined) had big fights every night about 9pm. Yelling, cursing, breaking glass… We did not feel safe there.

There were dirty and/or used linen in the bathroom. After viewing the room I went to the front desk and the young lady seemed upset because I refused to stay in the room and asked for a refund.

The bed was ok. The plumbing/draining was awful. Chage room twice and still had problems with the water in the sink and tub draing.

I paid $80 for a night, but this should have cost $40! Trashed door, trashed room, busted fridge, busted microwave, missing lightbulb; generally dirty and vile. I stayed because the bed (sheets) and bathroom itself seemed clean (enough), and I was too tired to move...

The lobby and breakfast area is okay. The room is where it failed. The door is dysfunctional. The floor, sink mirror and toilet bowl was dirty. They obviously didn’t inspect the fridge and the drawers as there was an ice pack left in the freezer and a liquid bragg aminos in the drawer. The fridge and the drawers were also dirty. The lamp was rusty. There were a couple cockroaches by the wall in the sink area. And they have the nerve to ask for a security deposit of $100 when they are giving you a dirty room.

Value for money if you can ignore shortcomings
We stayed for 1 night en route to Florida - beds were comfortable for good night sleep. That is the only positive. Main door would not close / latch, leaving us at the mercy of deadbolt and a chair as blocker from anyone trying to enter. The bathroom door did not lock either. Receptionist was considerate and offered to change room but we were tired and decided to manage for a night. Won’t go again as family - ok if you are single looking for low budget value.

We booked room online. Upon arrival we were required to pay $100 in cash as credit card machine was down. Would not check us in….luckily we came up with cash. Wanted to leave early am but had to wait until 9 am if we wanted deposit back…otherwise would refund in 2 weeks on credit card. Will never stay here again.
