"This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. Everything is accessible by wheelchair. Comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast and good location. This time we had a car and the underground parking was very convenient. "Great hotel right in the heart of Copenhagen, just a stones throw from Tivoli, and a short little cab ride to Nyhavn and the Royal Theater (actually walkable if you want). Possibly THE BEST breakfast provided that I've ever seen anywhere. It is literally OFF THE HOOK! Can't even begin to describe the spread that takes up three rooms! Also a nice little reception desk that doubles as a bar and coffee center. Great place. And there is a grocery store right next door. No A/C proper, but rather "air cooling" they call it. Not the best, but that is normal for Europe."

"The property itself was very dirty. There was vomit in the planter outside upon arrival, the carpets were filthy, and I ran the shower on its hottest setting for 10 minutes before getting in because that’s the only way I could justify bathing myself in it. The communication from the hotel was basically nonexistent until after 7pm on the day of your stay and the staff is unorganized. I’m only giving the overall stay two stars because the size of the room wasn’t bad and I got a good night’s sleep. "

"Our party included my elderly parents, sister and nephew. First, the airport train dropped us off directly across from the apartment. From there, it was an ease to get in and out of the place with check in instructions sent via email and text the day before. The 2 bedroom space is plenty for us as we're out roaming around all day (I had no problem at all sleeping on the sofa bed). The location of the Venders is top notch where we could walk everywhere. For destinations farther away, there are plenty of bikes to rent off the streets (via phone) or bike rental literally 5 steps from the front door. We also took the bus when my mother got a little tired. Oh, the place has an elevator so that was a huge plus for my mother. In addition, there's storage lockers in B2 in case you need to store items after check out and before heading to airport. Will not hesitate to stay here again!"
