Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families, it includes: \- A cozy bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. • A bright living-room with sofa bed and kitchen. • High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning. • Views of a cobblestone street, with occasional aromas from the nearby Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana. Perfect for exploring the city or relaxing, our flat offers an ideal Modena escape. \--- Flat on the first floor of a renovated historical building located in Modena old town. It is accessible from the entrance hall of the building by means of a staircase (there is a lift for use if carrying heavy luggage). Upon entering the flat, one finds oneself in a small entrance hall equipped with a coat hanger. To the right, you'll access the living room, in which there is a sofa bed and an open fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine (with complimentary capsules kit), microwave, electric boiler, oven and fridge, apart from all the necessary cookware and crockery. There is an extendable table for seating up to 4 people. A corridor leads to the bedroom, in which there is a double bed and a wardrobe for guests.
