Mongollon Rim Visitor Center Tours

We stayed at The Milkhouse for a last-minute overnight trip to see some nature. The cabin is definitely 'rustic' with some modern touches, and the essentials were taken care of—the bedding was clean, the TV and Wi-Fi worked great, and the small shower had excellent hot water. Because our cabin was tucked away in the corner near the back row of airstreams, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The Corduroy Boutique Lodge property itself is lovely, featuring a shared fire pit in the middle and a cute little coffee shop/store at the entrance. It's also in a very convenient location close to food, gas, and parks. While the nightly rate felt a bit high for a rustic experience, the owner was incredibly responsive and communicative when we reached out about a few minor details. The lodge rooms on the other side looked really nice, so we might check those out next time!
