“It was clean and quiet. The bed was hard as a rock. Complementary soap and shampooing conditioner was terrible. Towels were thin and very rough. Pictures showed 4 pillows only had 2. There was no fire place. The room was barely big enough for the rock hard bed. I didn't even have a luggage table that was useful. The one it did have was hung on the wall 6 feet in the air We have stayed at several places in payson, we will not be back.”

“This house has a great view! Unfortunately the house needs attention & maintenance. The carpet needs cleaning,. The stove was missing two knobs & was not usable. The refrigerator was not available when we arrived. We put everything in the freezer till the fridge cooled off. There’s no light in frig, an overhead light in kitchen. There was clothes in washer & in dryer, so it wasn’t usable. The bedding & bath linens were stored across from washer/dryer in garage. where there was rodent feces……
