“We had a great stay in this beautiful barn conversion. The location is gorgeous and super convenient to the M4. House is tastefully decorated with great spaces, wonderful light & a big garden/patio as well. We were glad to find a place that had plenty of room and appropriate beds for 8 adults. We would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely quiet location. Pretty cottage. On one side you look out across trees and farm fields, the other backs onto the owners spacious garden.There is a small semi private patio/grassed area to the front of the cottage. Welcoming, clean, light, and comfy accommodation.Short walk to a very nice pub.Georgie popped over to welcome us which was lovely to say hello.Easy to unwind in such surroundings. We enjoyed our relaxing stay very much. Thank you.”

“The cottage was a lovely old building. Well equipped. The road noise was a bit loud as the windows had gaps but overall a good stay.”

“A comfortable quirky cottage in a converted stable. It has everything you could need and the owners are friendly and helpful. The free roaming geese and duck plus their eggs were a bonus. There are ducklings on their way and we were sorry to miss their hatching.”

“No drop down rail next to toilet and carpet in downstairs bedroom. Making it a bit awkward for full time wheelchair users. Had to move beds to get wheelchair next to one of them.”

We ate out, but the kitchen was well equipped for those who want to make meals.The cottage has a lovely garden that gets sundhine for most of the day.Cute villiage on the doorstep with a few restaurant options, but plan ahead as not everything's open every day of the week.”

“We had a lovely stay with friends and went to Newbury Races which was a couple of stops on the train which is a 5/10 minute walk from the cottage The cottage was very nice 2bedrooms the smaller on is a bit small but fine for a few nights The kitchen is well equipped in fact the only down side was the shower which was very low pressure and the temperature kept changing so you had to jump in and out otherwise it was wonderful and we would use it again if staying in the area ”

Clean, well equipped with lots of original features and great space for socialising.We were a group of family & freinds with two young children, celebrating a birthday for the weeeknd and suited us perfectly!
