House is tastefully decorated with great spaces, wonderful light & a big garden/patio as well. We were glad to find a place that had plenty of room and appropriate beds for 8 adults. “Lovely, well equipped and beautifully clean cottage. Delightful patio garden. We had a superbly relaxing stay, enjoying the local walks and eating good food with great service at the nearby pub. ”

“No drop down rail next to toilet and carpet in downstairs bedroom. Making it a bit awkward for full time wheelchair users. Had to move beds to get wheelchair next to one of them.”

“This is a perfect place to relax and unwind if you're looking for peace and gorgeous farmland. Lots of footpaths nearby, including a nature preserve. A car is necessary to get to nearby attractions like Stonor Park or Waddeston but it would be possible to spend a long weekend here and walk to a nearby pub or creamery that makes decision cheese. Lots of farm stands too, to stock up on locally raised produce. We used the kitchen a lot and found it adequate for all our needs. The family is lovely……

“This is a perfect little characterful bolt hole for a break away from the hustle and bustle. Well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We ate out, but the kitchen was well equipped for those who want to make meals.The cottage has a lovely garden that gets sundhine for most of the day.Cute villiage on the doorstep with a few restaurant options, but plan ahead as not everything's open every day of the week.”

Georgie, our host was excellent, replying to messages in super quick time, introducing herself to us in person but never intruding.
