“We loved the size of the condo, plenty big for the 8 of us. The little kids, ages 2 and 3, loved the kiddie pool and the 9 year old loved the big pool. “Everything in the room was clean, nice and well kept. The only issue i had was that when we were leaving the room and checking out, I had left a towel on the balcony, but when we went back to get it, the keys to the room stopped working 20 minutes before the checkout time or pressing the checkout button on the app. I also couldnt find anyone there to help me with that. Other than that the room was nice and is in a nice location. ”

“The washing machine didn’t work all week and we tried to contact Vacasa for a repair every single day. The sink leaked and the fix was somebody put a pot to collect the water underneath the sink, which became stagnant and disgusting. The stagnant water bread, flies and stunk up the kitchen. The overall property was nice. The kid loved the pool with the splash pad. The beach was nice, but quite far from this unit. The lake was nice and big, but brown and full of algae.”
