“When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. I don’t mind choosing a room with a balcony, but I can guarantee the window in a balcony room is smaller than the one in your bathroom at home. It……

“2 TV sets but all shows NO SIGNAL. WIFI connection is not available. Service center only reply: SORRY. Bathroom water is not hot enough to enjoy bath, NO sign of HOT and COLD on bathroom faucet, it is confusing. the lock of window in balcony side is broken, it is difficult to closed. ”

“游泳池、篝火、BBQ都齐全，2楼房间有阳台。停车位比较多，方便停车。酒店无餐，但是对面有个join‘s很好吃。总体不错。”

“Great location to everything!! City view was great. It literally felt like a home away from home. I was amazed at how big and roomy it was! So spacious, it literally had an oven, when do you see that? Staff was virtual/ remote but still super helpful. AC was great, bed felt amazing. I am def coming back when I need to stay in LA”
