"Room was very small but clean and well lit. Great shower. Never got the tv to work with any English speaking channels and yet my brother had another room and got stations. Staff had no idea.Also for the ladies out there - very few of Italy Hotels are providing body lotto on any more . Bring your own! "

"Although in a great location very near to the main City attractions, the hotel is quite tiring to get in and out of. The check-in desk is up many flights of inside steps from the street, and although there is a tiny elevator is too is up two flights of steps, and can take 3 suitcases or one person and two suitcases. The breakfast room is small but has nice homemade foods but coffee was not available through the day. "

"Not very well maintained, hotel shows a lot of wear. TV was not functional. Positive is that you can take the bus from right outside to the central part of Florence."

"Location is great if you want to be close to all the tourist stuff like we wanted to be. The breakfast was well rounded and always stocked. The bed was a hard memory foam, we didn't care too much but it's good to know if you like a plush bed. You can tell you are close to all the action so if you are a light sleeper this probably isn't the place for you. If you are a shower snob or at least care about water pressure, this probably isn't the place for you either. We had a raised tub (luckily we are young and able) with a scooping bottom to stand in and water pressure that was basically nonexistent. We had a count down to when we would be heading to our next hotel just to shower lol Fun story, but again if you care about that, maybe find a different place."

"Clean, quiet room with fresh bottled water and soft drinks replenished daily. Attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was exceptional. Location just off the river is walkable to attractions. Highly recommend! "

"The staff was so welcoming from the time we arrived. The hotel property is beautiful. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Florence but they also have a shuttle. I’m a walker so I preferred to walk but it does have hills. The breakfast was so delicious I miss it. They have free parking which was important to us because we were renting a car to drive to Tuscany area."
