“Everything about this house is exquisite and very homey. Decors are really tasteful. Outdoors spaces and the views are absolutely beautiful. Kitchen is really well appointed. There is no shortage of dish-wear, silverware and glasses. Location is very central to explore Tuscany. Our host, Lapo is very welcoming and helpful with all recommendations. He is the kind of host that you want to stay in touch and come back to see him. ”

“This place is magical!!!!! The host was amazing and so communicative - readily available on the property and was able to answer questions as well as drive us to get food in town and to the train station! Ample space for guests and the property is beautiful. The pool area is great and comes with fun floats / fun activities for near the pool. The ambiance of the outdoor dining area is lovely and the check in/out process was easy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!”

The location just above the city offers the perfect balance of tranquility, beauty, and comfort. The house is immaculately maintained with sophisticated design touches and very clean. The views of the hills are breathtaking! It's a shame we didn't have time to take advantage of the breakfast and dinner menu or a cooking class, but it will definitely be……

“We had a wonderful time at Villa Ancora. From the time I booked Antonella (our host) was so engaged and friendly. She met us at the property and made sure we had everything we needed. She gave us great advice on local markets, restaurants and ideas to make the most of our vacation. “Very good location for a home with parking. It was great for our rental car because parking around Siena is very difficult. And a quick walk to the historic city center. The home is well appointed and spotless with great views to the east over Tuscan hills. The host communication. The only thing to be mindful of is there is no air conditioning. They have fans in all the bedrooms, which help a lot, but we underestimated how hot it would be in July.”
