In this villa we are followed all the guidelines on the prevention of COVID19 for the safety of all guests and staff
The farm-house is finely fitted-out with rustic furniture; floors are in baked-clay Sienese cotto and ceilings are of traditional tile-and-beam. The layout consists of: a kitchen; a sitting-room with couches; 3 bedrooms - a triple and 2 doubles - with wrought-iron beds ;all the bedrooms in the villa have an en-suite bathroom , each with a shower. The bathrooms are four.
Recent renovations have been carried out to ensure maximum comfort.
The climate of Tuscany is mild and usually mid-April to mid-October does not require heating, it is placed under the floor works with liquid propane gas, 50 euros of consumption are included in the cost of the rent and the rest will be calculated through a meter at a cost of 4 euros per cubic meter
The following facilities are provided: dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave oven, Mocha coffee-pot, American coffee-machine, electric kettle, television with satellite, DVD player, stereo/CD/radio/usb, and iron with ironing-board
Rooms open to patios. Bathrooms include showers and bidets.

Lovely stay in Tuscany
We stayed 10 days at Luigi's property in the heart of Tuscany. The family were very accommodating during our stay after we had to move our booking from June to August due to COVID 19. The property is as listed - the highlights are the pool and the wonderful sunsets into the valley. The 3 bedrooms each have a bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. Everything you need is provided and there's enough space for everyone with a large TV in the lounge and comfy sofas. If I had to be picky then the umbrellas at the pool, the hay roof over the outdoor table and the kitchen could do with being updated. Overall very please, Luigi and his family were very helpful to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Montisi Villa
Luigi was a great host—very helpful! The villa and surrounding area were perfect. We especially enjoyed the quaint little town of Montisi—it has a fantastic restaurant. From the villa it is easy to get to almost all the towns in Tuscany: Montalcino, Montepulciano, Sienna, and even Chiusi. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Truly amazing
The house was exactly as advertised and suited our family. The pool was great and the garden had been carefully planned and planted and was automatically watered early mornings. Luigi was very helpful explaining things to us and providing guidance to places to visit, restaurants etc. There is plenty to go see and experience - especially Siena and Montepulciano, but also within 20-30 minutes lots of less know sites - especially the Abbazia di Monte Oliveto Maggiore. Plenty of restaurants all around - but book ahead. My absolute favorite was early morning watching the swallows zipping over the pool at full speed scooping a few drops as they went, and the sunsets of course, such a pretty outlook. A few mosquitoes and we needed the fans in the house as it warmed during the afternoons and evenings - but these were minor distractions and otherwise it was close to perfect.

Thanks to Luigi, we had a fantastic time at his villa in Tuscany. The villa had everything we needed and the pool was a great size for our family. The location was perfect.....so close to the hidden gem of Montisi. The town was accessible and the people were very welcoming. The villa is a great base if you want to visit all the beautiful surrounding towns near by. We’ve had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this villa and location if you wish to experience the wonderful Tuscan life style! The Morgan family
