“The staff was very kind, professional, friendly, and accommodating. Right out of a Tuscan rom-com, the hotel has a beautiful entry and garden and is in a gorgeous Tuscan setting. Ask for the room with the patio. It was great for morning coffee. The town of Castel del Piano was lively with locals in the piazza and shop keepers sweeping to make clean and welcoming store fronts.”

“Por el precio debería ser un hotel con muy buen. Servicio. El lunes está todo cerrado, restaurante, bar... Tuvimos que coger el coche para ir a comer a otro sitio. Fuimos a la piscina y había unas moscas que no dejaban de picarnos. Ahora el lugar es precioso.”

“It was a wonderful stay! I would recto anyone looking for beautiful views and quiet. Pool wasn’t open at the time we were there but it was cold. We lite a nice fire and enjoyed some wine. ”

“What a beautiful, unique setting! The room was big and authentically decorated!. Amazing breakfast provided! Honey straight from a honeycomb! The ancient Roman spa setting was so interesting. Peaceful, lovely, and relaxing. It would be fun to try the thermal spa❣️”

“This is the first night we stayed in Toscana. The hotel is a real castle located on the top of the hill. The beautiful landscape of agricultural view seen from the hotel was panoramic and breathtaking. The family suite was cozy, containing one living room and two bedrooms. The thermal swimming pool was fantastic and spa center was amazing. Breakfast was flourish. The dinner was also good but overpriced actually. As a whole, I highly recommend staying in Catello di Velona as you visit Toscana.”

“完美的酒店，山景房阳台一眼看尽奥尔恰谷风景。酒店内部有多个桑拿浴、多个泳池、SPA和各种娱乐设施。我们在酒店吃了早中晚餐，出品都很好吃。托斯卡纳大部分酒店的地理位置都很偏僻，要有车才方便。”

“Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina.”
