"Very unfortunate stay. The room practically had no water, just adrip. No hot water for that matter, not even soap, the bathroom door didn't close (not just the lock; it just stayed wide open), the temperature in the room could not be changed I could go on, but it was really bad. We checked out after just one night and lost the money for the additional night, even though I explained this on writing to the staff. "

Temperature of jacuzzi was great. Beach was beautiful but only swam in this beach once. The real better beach is Dorado Beach (amazing beach) about 12 min walk from hotel. Loved breakfast! Great location. Would stay here again! "

They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing and exploring. My only issue/concern is that housekeeping was not daily. "
