"The grounds were really well maintained. The morning food was conveniently located, pretty good, had a variety of options and decent coffee. We attempted to get room service several times by calling and walking down to the front desk, however we were unsuccessful for over an hour. I received one of the most incredible massages I ever have. \*\*\* I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW HARD THE BEDS WERE\*\*\* With all of these things said if they had different beds. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The lobby was nice. The outdoor pool is cleaned would be amazing. There is not a Jacuzzi. But a kitty pool rather that may be slightly warmer than the actual pool. There is quite a bit of unfinished construction in the building. Horribly dirty floors. Our room was not ready for 2 1/2 hours after check-in. However, the front desk gave us a $60 credit to use at one of their restaurants which is actually pretty good. The beds are decent. They were unable to provide towels. "

"Airport shuttle comes every half hour, and the staff from the airport was very helpful in directing people where to go. Nice big clean room. The only thing I was super disappointed in was the pool. The pool is the smallest pool I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Good thing we were able to use the pool at the sister hotel, Double Tree, which was much nicer. All in all, it was a good experience "
