“The room was clean and we were initially happy with our stay. Unfortunately, our experience on the second night was very disappointing.
The air conditioning stopped working. I called reception several times, but nobody answered, so I eventually had to walk to reception myself. I was then informed that the air conditioning was not working in any rooms.
Reception promised that a fan would be delivered to our room within 10 minutes. I specifically explained that we needed to wake up at 5:00 AM……

“Really enjoyed my stay at Villa Montmartre. The room was very clean and spacious, and the apartment experience was worth the cost. We arrived after the front lobby operating hours, but the instructions for accessing the apartment was very clear. Strongly recommend this location.”

“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！
住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到 天亮才回覆供電。
希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”
