The room and the king size bed are very spacious but the air condition noise was a little too loud to keep it on while sleeping. The bathroom sink had a problem draining water. The drainage must be the problem.

Nice staff, room was pretty big and clean. Its location is pretty convenient to the majaor tourist sites. Only negative i would say is that,the hot water looked a bit dirty. Overall, would definitely recommend

Over booked my room. I had a reservation for 2 Queen beds deluxe room. Since they were overbooked they downgraded us to one king bed with a pullout bed couch. Keep in mind I had this reservation set since the beginning of January. Asked the hotel to refund the difference since we were being downgraded. They flat out refused. Told us my friend and I would have to share a bed (ew) I told them it’s not happening so they informed us there was a pull out couch bed. They would have the bed made up for us. Well, we waited 4 hours for someone to come make up the bed and no one ever came. We contacted housekeeping to make up my friends bed and they told us to just pull the bed out. My friend informed them that front desk said that housekeeping would make up the bed. And they said “No the bed is made just pull it out” I’m sorry but that isn’t good hospitality. My friend said “No send someone” So someone from housekeeping came. They pulled out the bed and threw the extra sheets and blanket on the floor. The blanket was incrusted in a white residue and I don’t want to imagine what it was. My friend asked for pillows, They said they will bring some and never did. The best compensation front desk could offer was a free breakfast which we never got to eat because we had a flight before the restaurant even opened. I will be calling expedia and complaining. This stay was completely unacceptable. Never again.

Second stay with this hotel and we loved it. What makes the stay above all other places we stayed is your STAFF. The front desk staff are amazing the most helpful and friendly I have run across in awhile. But the biggest shout out is to Emma and Phillip above and behind doesn't begin to describe the service they provided. You are very lucky to have both of these employees. And that is why we will be back next year
