“This is an old dated motel. The carpet looked dirty, the shower restroom is old definitely recommend using shower shoes. But with all that the owner is very sweet and helpful. The bed was comfortable, heat/air con works and my pup loved it. If you are looking for an updated, very clean place, this isn't it. If you are looking for a pet friendly motel to just get some sleep in, then this is your go to place. I would stay here again.”

“An absolutely adorable place to stay, we will definitely be back! The lady at the front desk was so sweet, the room was immaculately clean and recently remodeled, there was ample parking, and the location was perfect. We could’ve walked to the waterpark, it was so close by. We unfortunately didn’t get to partake in breakfast but I’m sure it would’ve been great. Highly recommend a stay here if you’re planning to visit Frankenmuth. ”

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“Booked and paid for two rooms, did not get access to the second room and was just told sorry about it. Finally made it in the room with the kids and it was filty and unsafe. Left with in 20 minutes of checking in and was told I would get a refund and Expedia said because the property did not answer they can not process the refund so I am now out 800 between this hotel and the replacement hotel I had to pay for. ”

“The neighborhood is sketchy and the parking lot floods like crazy but the staff were amazingly kind and helpful, making up for anything negative. Thank you Michael and staff for making us feel at home”

“A few minor issues when checking in to get an acceptable room but the 3rd was good. Staff was helpful and apologetic. After that all was good! Breakfast was ok. Would be better if there were non-dairy milk alternatives available and more gluten free options. ”
