"Pros: very clean, modern room Pretty property grounds Nice reception/check in Easy parking Cons: If your room faces the 101 freeway you will hear it constantly, not terribly loud but loud enough Air conditioning unit intermittently made annoying rattling noise. The free breakfast at the local restaurant next door only allows you to order off a VERY limited menu otherwise you are paying extra. Parking is not free (10 a night) which is pretty silly and unnecessary in my opinion given the hotel location. "

"Room was nice and clean. Spa was broken and inoperable, which I expect to be working when it’s listed as an amenity. I saw no one there trying to fix it during my stay. This is also the first time stating at ANY hotel where they were unwilling to put lobby snacks on the room tab - a separate transaction (cash or card) was required to buy a bag of chips. Do better, Best Western."
