“it is an old hotel, pool was dirty, small parking lot, used condom left in parking lot at the bottom of the stairs, I was charged a deposit to the room. I was told it would be credited back to my card it wasn't. I called the manager she said by the latest it would be credited by Friday and wasn't. called my card and I'm deputing the charge. the bed was comfortable the room was clean, no coffee pot, no breakfast in lobby. 1 out of 10 I give this place a 1”

“The room was clean, a few spiders and webs. It was a bit of a hassle checking out, even though room had been prepaid. They had new ownership since reservation was booked but that should not have affected us or time spent waiting.”

“I usually book here when I plan to go to Saboba Casino. I’ve been staying here for a long time. Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them.”

“Stayed in Fern room. Check-in and out were easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Other furnishings ok for our 3 night stay (dining table, and loveseat and chair in LR), but loveseat would be rough if planning to stay inside more. We didn’t used the fireplace, but fire starters were provided. Overall, our expectations were met. Owner was very helpful over phone in providing more details about each of the rooms available.
