Waited to get checked in about 10 minutes. I called the hotel number to have someone check us in. (Reception area alone a lot) Breakfast was very limited… no eggs only sausage links and toast (both days we were there). One of my concerns while staying there was that the back door was left open and unattended, literally anyone could walk into the hotel. Hot tub and pool area were not well maintained. Personal not pleasant at all.

First room- not ready. Second room- occupied Third room- available, with torn curtains. Lobby looks a motel lobby. Hot tub inoperable. Hot breakfast is available, but they always run out of eggs right away & don’t replenish. Garbage everywhere. People keep propping doors open. One door is broken. Needs maintenance. Had to stay for almost 2 weeks, cleaned the room once.

A dirty place, with a bad smell, bad service, terrible hotel, never go, I booked a suite and they gave me one without cleaning, then they gave me another one, it was closed, I couldn't even stay in the room

I would NOT recommend this motel. Blood on wall. No shower curtain. Hair on bed covering. Damp misplaced towel on counter upon entrance. Back enters unsecured. Someone place tape on the door latch, so that it will not lock. Trash all throughout stairs and hallways. Storage area appears to be occupied by someone. Motel room’s door/lock seems ti have been tapered with. Security latch is barely holding on by a few wood screw threads. Blood stain in tin. Tub has dried fuilds with public hair. White dried fuilds on top of the curtains. Tooling chair appeared broken. This room is horrifying. This place is unkept and waiting until first light to leave.

False information in the description, misleading photos, poor customer service or i should say no customer service. We've had to stay in some shady places. But after waiting for 5 hours in the entrance and the loby to check in early, still no reply to my calls or emails.. we left without ever checking in, to find another motel. By this time we were hitting a time crunch to get ready for our daughters wedding. Very stressful and disappointing, plus no refund for the room.
