Straightforward check in service with affable staff, our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for our itinerary. Lovely terrace for daily included breakfast, although it was carb heavy, a few more protein options would have been nice to start the day. Beautiful stay, one problem with miscommunication on laundry prices, I would suggest getting things in writing.

My wife and I had a very relaxed and pleasurable stay at Riad Watier. The staff (Fatiha, Hayat, and Nusha) were extraordinarily helpful and attended to our every wish. The Riad is quiet, which was very nourishing to our souls. Also, Essaouira is less touristy than other Moroccan destinations, which makes making a choice for a relaxed vacation ideal. I would highly recommend Riad Watier!

I never would have dreamed such an amazing space would exist and we would have an opportunity to stay in a ancient Governor's Villa. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The traditional suite was just gorgeous. The tub was actually luxurious and the breakfast in the living room was delightful. It is a destination spot for sure. If food was served throughout the day, we could have just stayed in the Villa for days.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Beautiful riad inside the marketplace in Marrakesh - but NO noise at all from outside. I had a great stay at the Ksar Anika. The room was beautiful and super comfortable. Overall the hotel had a great ambiance and the complementary breakfast was delicious. The staff were also really helpful and friendly and made a really pleasant stay.

Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm. It always smells very nice inside the Riad also. The room was beautiful and exactly like the picture. And the people who work here are the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. Excellent service, gorgeous moorish architecture, staff coordinated all our excursions. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful every single day. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Staff is always at your service no matter what time you need something. In site laundry service available.

Wonderful quaint property, well maintained, in a quiet area, close to everything. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Alain, the owner is friendly, helpful, well informed and really cares about his guests. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, served on the outdoor shaded deck. The rooftop terrace offers a comfortable area to relax. Our stay at the Riad Eloise went above and beyond our expectations. We would go back in a heartbeat and recommended it to all our friends.

I will start… and probably end… by praising the staff at the Riad Tizou. I was mostly in contact with Rashid and San (sp?) throughout my visit. They were both so friendly and accommodating. They will probably be the thing I most remember about my trip here to Marrakech. The location of the property was very convenient to most of the sights I think most people will want to visit while I’m Marrakech. A few minutes walk to the Souks… the Secret Garden… the Madrasa… Jamaâ el Fnaa etc. A little...

Amazing. Worth every penny! I was sad to leave which is not common. The staff was exceptional. Definitely 5 star service and I would stay here again. Book it!
