“Bathroom to small Need better tv”

“The property is a clean small hotel in a very small town among giant fields. It is appointed with taste and maintained well superior to corporate standards.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Access to Soap Lake was excellent. But the outdoor showers — essential here — were very minimal, and breakfast was quite weak. With no other breakfast option in town, the breakfast should be much better for a “resort”.”

“We stayed at this property twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time we had no hot water, and yesterday the tv didn’t work. We were told the reason for no tv was because Direct Tv hasn’t been out for about 2 months. We had Tv 2 weeks ago. We paid in cash, but the young lady at the desk said she couldn’t give us a receipt! Only after I told her I wasn’t comfortable leaving without some proof I had paid, she printed out a confusing receipt that said we owe a balance. She told us she didn’t……
