Staff were the best!

Location: Excellent location, quick drive to Biloxi. Plenty of places to eat nearby.
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is old, run down and in need of a major overhaul! The staff work with what they have to work with. The owners need to either remodel or close it.

Check in was good friendly service. The room had an awful smell the sheets and comforter were stained and burned. We had to check out early due to the hurricane and they would not give us credit for the second night.

Very dissapointed

Was not at all what we expected...In fact the rooms were so unacceptable that we enses up checking out before even staying...we went for the cruising the coast car show and has to search hard once we arrived for another place to stay...we had 3 rooms for 6 of us ...thankfully we were able to find another place ro accomodate us... waiting on a call and email now reguarding my refund on the rooms...we had to pay agaun for the replacment rooms because expesia could not get in touch with the hotel ...But when i went to return my key cards the girl was at the desk..i guess she doesnt answer the phone to much...i was on hold with expedia almist an hour trying to resolve the matter ...finally gave up and tried to get on with my trip ....not a pleasnt start to the weekend.

Staff great--room stunk--literally. I won't be surprised if that motel wasn't knee deep in standing water after a previous storm.

the hotel staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. the hotel was full of hurricane Irma guests and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

My 1st room had a strong mold smell! I told the lady at the desk and she apologizes and she got me a new rm! Happy she got us a better rm! Tiny pool, one look and I knew I wasn't getting in it!

We were surprised when we first saw the hotel but once we got checked into our room, it was clean and we had a restful night.

I never see a room so disgusting the beds was full of beds bugs i was so mad that I went to sleep in my car I preferred sleep in my car.
