"I arrived around 7:30 PM. Check-in was a bit delayed due to a system issue, but it was quickly resolved. The room was clean, but it looked gloomy. The toilet bowl made a constant splashing sound, and the power outlet was too far from the bed, making it difficult to charge my phone."

Pool was outside and across from hotel
There were no amenities in the room( lotion, blankets, etc.
The body wash in the shower was nice but it was almost empty when we checked in
The restaurant at the bar only served food on certain days and times. It would’ve been nice to get wings and fries any day of the week
The restaurants closed too early. The casino is open 24 hours so you should be able to get food all night as well
You had to say your room number to security before you entered the elevators everytime. I didn’t like that because other guest could hear you plus it created a crowd when multiple guests were trying to enter the elevators at one time. Please just add the room number to the reservation and just have the guest show their ID

"The concierge had my keys prepped before I arrived, which made my check-in really quick. The room was really humid when we stepped in, but turning down the ac seemed to help. The bed, sheets and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. All of the staff were particularly friendly at every encounter."
"Great location. Pool looked nice but did not get a chance to go in. Did not take advantage of breakfast. I needed to do laundry but the one machine was not working. The staf tried helping me and was able to provide me with the address of a local laundry facility. Did not like to go out for laundey after being out on the road 8+ hrs. "
