“This is an old-fashioned motel - one floor with parking right in front of your door. We stayed one night for a wedding in the area. The rooms were basic and clean; the bed was comfortable. The price seemed a bit high for what it was, but that may well be because of high demand near Skaneateles on a Saturday night in August. Nonetheless, I'd suggest their considering an update of their air conditioning at some point as it was a windo-type model inserted through the back wall, As such, it didn't……

“Unfortunately, there is no sound proofing and our neighbour had TV blasting all night - we did not sleep at all and he did not respond to our knocking. The sink in the bathroom was leaking on the floor. The motel is in a very good location, the beds were comfortable, linens clean but overall it is in much need of TLC.”
