“There were loud pops at night that sounded un-friendly and generally the area did not feel safe.”

“The room has an odd smell, the TV remote was very touchy and wouldn't work unless you go up to the TV (even after maintenence visited). We also stayed on the 3rd floor ans the elevator was not working properly so we had to call the front desk every time we wanted to take the elevator down.”

“We had a mishap in our room but when we called about it, JAMIE was there right away and was very pleasant. All fixed and are in a motel 6 in Biloxi as we speak.”

“Arrived at hotel and room was already prepaid. Took staff member at front desk over 30mins to check me in. She could not figure out how to check in a prepaid room from expedia. The next morning I check and she has charged me a second time for the room aswell. All the elevators were broken and the room was old, outdated and not very clean. As someone for loves IHG hotels, this is the worst one we have ever stayed at!”
