"Besides that there are no people physically present at the lobby everything was great. Lobby was locked for the entire time we were there, so when we needed hot water or plastic spoons and forks - there was nobody to reach out to. "

"I stayed here for a whole week. The place is pretty, but the main reason we booked this hotel instead of another one was because of the jacuzzi… and honestly that ended up being the biggest disappointment. It’s way too small for how many guests there are. We literally waited hours hoping two or three people would leave so we could finally get in, but people would just stay there forever and weren’t very considerate about others waiting. Out of our entire 6-day stay, we were only able to use it once, and even then it was overcrowded with kids splashing water, diving in, and getting water all over everyone. I really wish they had a bigger jacuzzi or at least a second one (maybe adults-only), because the current setup just doesn’t work for the number of people staying there. Only about 6 people fit at a time, which makes it almost impossible to enjoy."

"The room was nice and recently remodeled. However the lotion dispenser was empty in both rooms I stayed at. In 1 of them the shampoo dispenser was almost empty and the defective showerhead would spray water all over. "

"I brought my elderly mom for a few days and we really had fun. The rooms were clean. The thermostat very easy to adjust. The bathrooms are very nice and if I asked housekeeping for something in the morning, they were happy to give me any extras. We really enjoyed our stay."
