“The stay was the most relaxing and peaceful experience I’ve had in a long time. I was so happy to be able to spend time with my husband and have a very relaxing time together. “Very laid back farm setting. We were out of our room and on the go before 7am so we couldn't try the breakfast. Room was supplied nicely with all you would need to cook a small quick meal. (We didn't do that, but liked the option) Pool and hot tub nice and in working order, it was great to come back from hiking national parks to soak and swim.”

“A great spot near Zion, quiet with good communication, would book again. A couple of minor things could be improved. Some hangers or hooks to hang up some clothes and a little shelf on the side of the bed without a nightstand for a bottle of water or a phone. Last thing to note is that food choices nearby are limited. ”

“It's our new go-to for our drives between Utah and Arizona. It's clean and cared for and has everything we require and plenty of room. Plus a bonus: 2 chairs to sit outside and watch the sun go down on the mountains across the street. We love that. Two restaurants are within a mile. Glad we found this little gem.”

“Home away from home. This property is probably the nicest rental we have stayed in. We had a wonderful family vacation and the property was such a big part. It is perfectly situated between Bryce and Zion and we managed to work in a short trip to Antelope Canyon. After three incredibly active days, it was so relaxing to come back to the property and have a homemade meal and relax. I can’t think of an amenity that was not thought of. The floor plan is a huge bonus. Our adult daughters are so used……

“I think this is about as close as you can get to Zion on the East side of the park, I I definitely prefer to the closest areas south of the canyon, which are busy, expensive and very touristy. Room was great, had everything we needed, My only critique is that hanging barn doors look nice, but don't make good bathroom doors because you want to contain sounds and smells within the bathroom, and they don't do that well(big chain hotels have started doing this too and I am not a fan). Regardless, I……

“Beware of this property!!! It is not 3 bedrooms. It is a 1 bedroom with a loft. The loft is not tall enough to stand up in. The living room has a horrible couch with a pull out bed. The heaters don't work and the furniture is terrible. This place is not suited to be rented out to guests! The water pump burned up on the second night of our stay so we had no water in the middle of a shower. He didn't answer the phone until the next day. I checked the pump for him but he offered no solutions……

“Fantastic! Truthfully one of the highlights of our entire trip was this VRBO. Everything was top notch and if we ever are able to venture out to that area again the first place we will check is this property and host. Cannot say enough great things about it!Location was terrific, secluded and private but not crazy far away. The amenities and access to the resort are wonderful perks and real benefits. The design, layout and little personal touches from the owner were amazing. Literally the……
