Moved sink large multiple cracks, bathroom tile floor multiple cracks, carpet multiple stains. TV Remotes x 2 did not work because NO Batteries. Must use both Remotes to work TV. Room Key Card door entry still old type that if it's near a cellphone it looses it's entry code, had to get recorded. Breakfast room Staff only speak Spanish no English. Also Housekeeping……

“We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. ”

“Overall average experience, no concerns in general, however one thing that we didn't expect would change our rating to average is below. After we checked in and used the sink in the bath, the water wasn't flowing out, we called the front desk, they came, looked and told us that they don't have any help and no other rooms either to move us into. The help would be there in the morning but that never came, so we ended up putting our hands in to take the stopper out which did open the drain. ”
