Very friendly staff and nice lobby to relax and yummy cookies when you check in

The room was clean and the staff was were very professional.

Many times when you look at a hotel and its amenities on line, it looks very different when you get there. This hotel was better in person than the pictures. It was very clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We used the pool, which was also very nice. We will definitely stay there again, on our next visit.

Clean, quiet, relaxing is all I needed for this stay and I received just that. Thank you.

Excellent feel from exterior to interior. Check in smooth and staff welcoming and attentive. Quiet..no noise. Restful night. Could not have expected more.

As of May 28, 2016, I had booked another stay! Enjoyed my last stay with the local shopping and great places to eat, I am going again!

The property appeared to be brand new. We were impressed with the cleanliness, freshness of the appearance, friendliness of the staff and breakfast bar.

Stayed for Christmas holiday, staff very friendly & helpful. We needed an accessibility room and it was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was Perfect

Check in person very cheerful. Bathroom had good lighting.

I don’t recommend visiting Montgomery, it’s boring. If you have to go, stay here. It was clean and the staff was wonderful.

This Holiday Inn was pristine inside and out with a delightful breakfast and perfect location for dinner after arrival. Mold in the toilet bowl and empty product dispensers are the only things that marred an otherwise perfect overnight stay.

Staff were exceptionally welcoming and the room was pristine with no overwhelming deodorizers used.

It was nice. The staff was quick and polite. Not far from downtown. Very accessible from the interstate

Well done Trilogy! The historic and modern blend was perfect. Very clean and inviting everywhere we looked. Staff was very friendly from the valet parking, front desk, roof top restaurant/bar and our server Ariel was the BEST! Highly recommend Trilogy for a safe and pleasant stay in Montgomery.

Everything was great

I stayed in the King suite. it was a nice suite for one. Everything was neat and to my liking. I was out most of one day but the day before I was there and even though I could not enjoy the landscape in the middle of the building which was pretty.simply because I was so tired from the drive in. it was nice

In town for volleyball tournament. Easy to find. Safe area. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was that walls a little thin. Heard the man singing next door at 6:10 in the morning on Saturday. Trash cans full Saturday morning and still full Sunday. Had to set mine on top.
