“The original room I was given was dirty, I was moved to another room that was 3%better but had dead bugs on the wall. Housekeeping never cleaned the bathroom ( tub or toilet) just changed towels and they weren’t clean. Staff was nice but the location is not clean. Also, the motel next door is horrible; noise, police was called, sounded like they were shooting. I was very disappointed. I called Expedia and tried to cancel because I purchased the insurance, that was also a joke. I will not utilize……

“The floors were a bit dirty and I saw a roach. The lady at the desk was friendly and addressed the issue. Didn't see another insect after that. This is my second time staying here I didn't have an issue the first time. I would continue to stay there when I am in Montgomery , AL. ”

“Staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely patient. The hotel is located near the places we wanted to visit and we were delighted that it was so easy. The breakfast which was included with our room was delicious and against staff was friendly and very helpful.”

“Rooms are big, beds comfortable, and modern. Casino has plenty of slots and a place you can get late night food if you are hungry. Staff is always friendly, lot of fun.”
