The room (as always), clean and COMFY. Pleasant front desk @ arrival, maintenance (not needed),and all staff. NEVER an issue whenever we stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great room at a great price in a great area. One of the best breakfasts for that price on a room I’ve ever had. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Room was so nice and cozy. The owner, Marsha was wonderful and I appreciated the hospitality.

I love how spacious the suite was, it was just enough room for my family and the staff was really nice. The issues I had was. The kitchen sink was stopped up which was definitely needed with a toddler and a family. I called guests services, but they never could get maintenance to come. They offered to switch rooms which was a huge inconvenience traveling with a child and after sanitizing everything. The lamp in the bedroom near the window did not work. The door handle fell off the closet door when pulling it, almost hitting my foot. The night of our stay the bathroom lights would not come on even after hitting the main switch and we had to use the bathroom in the dark. I asked for compensation as far as parking or something, they refused. I never got a call back from management. The only thing that was removed was my request for late check out because i checked out at normal time.

Rooms were clean. Wish i didn't have to walk through a smoke filled casino to get to non smoking section of the casino. Hotel stay was good, but casino could be set up better
