This was a quick family getaway for some sun, great food and a little luxury. We found it all here and loved our stay. Beautiful space, luxurious without being pretentious. We found our room and the main areas to be well-maintained and clean. The pools are immaculate and well-attended. Food was awesome. Dinner at Bourbon Steak was unreal. It's a high-end steakhouse with more depth to the menu than a steakhouse normally has. And who doesn't love amazing cocktails??? Our meal was made even better by some of the best service I've enjoyed in any restaurant. Our man Milan was amazing, friendly and could teach a masterclass in sales and customer service. I also wanted to mention Gabriela who handled our check-in with all of the warmth and professionalism that you want when you arrive for your vacation. Highly recommended for families, couples or a getaway with friends.

We stayed here for two nights in March, '26. The suite was rather dark, but otherwise it was nice, and the location is very convenient. We were in the back of the property and it was very quiet, with pretty landscaped grounds to walk through. The room was clean and spacious, and the price (for Sedona) was good. BUT. When I booked this on Expedia, I didn't realize it was a timeshare-type property, and they would try to talk us into attending a presentation, and call us at least three times in the weeks after we checked out. I just booked this as a hotel, not a life commitment. The first two times I was called after leaving, I made it clear I wasn't interested. The third time, I told the caller that this was harassment, and it needed to stop immediately, and I have not been called since. Fingers crossed. Our other issue at the hotel was the check in. The woman at the desk was overwhelmed to the point of being rude and snappy to the lobby full of guests who were waiting to check in. We did not arrive early, because we had a message stating that no rooms are available for early check in, but we still had to wait close to an hour to get into our room. I would still stay here again, but only because Sedona is very expensive, and this was clean and affordable.
