“The cabin had everything needed for the stay and I was very pleased! The temperatures got a little lower than expected and the host anticipated this and left out an additional heater just in case but the unit was perfect regardless. The dock was perfect and peaceful, would definitely book here again if coming back to the area. Great location overall. Cabin was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend! And the host reached out before the stay, left a note inside and really made me feel welcome!……

“Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Check-in went smoothly, the cabin was very clean and the entire stay was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed taking walks along the beautiful trails, and our host was incredibly thoughtful and made sure we had all the essentials we needed throughout our stay. We stayed in August and absolutely loved it, but we’ll definitely be returning in the winter to experience the cozy, festive atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Cliffside Cabin is amazing! The cabin is perched atop Little Scaly Mountain and has stunning views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. It rained a good bit while we were there, and the fog and clouds would shift in and out over the days, sometimes opening to reveal the view, sometimes enveloping us in white. It was magical! The cabin is comfortable and basic, providing most of what you need. We didn't realize when we booked that it was actually part of The Mountain Retreat & Learning……
