“Everything was great”

“Bedbugs upon arrival. Unfortunately, because it was late at night, there was no maid service to help. Room facing the parking lot so couldn't sleep because the lights coming from the lot. Curtains did not help much as high still went into the room. Only positive was the location as I needed to be close to the hospital.”

“Melanie was so nice and helpful. Even when there was a water problem, she was always there to help. We always choose this place and even more so with Melanie there.”

“Parking was accessible as I’m disabled. The rooms were clean, modern and furnished nicely. The staff as always very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good. This particular Hampton Inn is one of my favorites as the area located is very pleasant and peaceful. I always use this hotel as a stop over from Atlanta to New Jersey and vice versa.”

“IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN TRAVELING ALONE DO NOT STAY HERE. I want to preface this by saying I hate leaving bad reviews, I never want to judge someone on possibly just one off day. The hotel itself was fine. It was clean. It wasn’t super modern, but you get what you pay for. The interaction I had with staff, however, was bad. I got to the hotel around 12:30 AM. I’ve been driving all day and I was exhausted. The door to the lobby was locked for safety reasons and so I rang the doorbell only to……

“The property and staff were wonderful as usual. Our issue is that they now charge for parking. This fee is new, as we have stayed here many times in the past. This property is not in a location that would need to have exclusive rights to parking and charging to park here is ridiculous. The hotel is located in an area all by itself. It is not the actual amount of the fee that is upsetting, it's the principal of an unexpected add-on nuisance fee. This parking fee even though it is a small……

“Staff was brand new and in the phone messed up my reservation and charged me twice then. The manager didn’t want to give me a refund, even though the staff and their new system messed up my reservation. The hotel was good but the service was terrible”

“This property has a great retro motor lodge vibe with all the amenities of a modern hotel.”

“Lobby area and bar were fine, but the room and hallways smelled like old wet clothes. The smell in the hall was just as bad. Had to open sliding door overnight to help. Dark and dingy overall. Not worth the Marriott price tag by any means. Not a hotel I will come back to. Also, they charge extra if you drive. Really, $5 to park at the hotel Im staying at.”

“Gorgeous and chic hotel, walkable to any downtown location that you’d want! Staff is top notch and the furniture is awesome and is for purchase along with some other decor. Drinks are awesome at the bar, along with the appetizers! My date thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we both woukd highly recommend this unique experience ”

“Office manager was very kind and response was very fast. The location is close to many convenient stores to buy food or some other travel items. There is a fire station next to the hotel and so I felt safe.”
