“A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. “1- I reserved a room that was classified at Expedia as king size/2 twin bed. I forgot to request a king size bed but I am normally given at check in, upon request, a room with a king size bed at any hotel. When I asked for a king size bed, the receptionist said no king size bed was available for the category I booked for but at a higher category only where I had to pay extra.
